You will be guided by two experienced, trauma‑informed facilitators:
 

Dr. Marie Gervais, PhD, Certified coach (ICF), and Certified Emotional Freedom (EFT) practitioner, has supported hundreds of burned‑out professionals using somatic and emotional regulation tools that fit real‑world life. She has facilitated over 500 courses, retreats, and events internationally, and brings deep expertise in trauma‑informed and intercultural communication to create spaces where women feel seen, respected, and at ease.

Elara Reardon, Certified yoga teacher, coach, and holistic wellness practitioner, brings a heart‑centred, nervous‑system‑aware approach grounded in her own lived healing journey. With training in Yoga as Therapy, Yoga Nidra, coaching, and multiple gentle healing modalities, she knows how to meet you exactly where you are—whether you arrive wired and anxious, numb and exhausted, or somewhere in between.

🌿Together, we create an environment that is:

Emotionally and spiritually inclusive

Pacing‑sensitive (you choose your level of participation, always)

Grounded in practical tools, not pressure or performance

Designed for women who are already doing a lot—and need a place to set it all down for a while

Many wellness retreats feel wonderful while you’re there—and then life resumes and the benefits fade.

WholeHer was designed a little differently. The focus is on practices that are simple, practical, and easy to bring home with you.

Over the three days we’ll gently move through a process of arriving, resetting, and integrating through experiences such as Yoga Nidra, sound bowls, breath work, adaptable yoga, heart–brain coherence practices, nature walks, time in the Nordic spa, and reflective practices that help translate insight into everyday habits.

By the end of the weekend you will leave with:
• Simple nervous-system calming tools they can use in minutes
• Greater awareness of early burnout signals in the body
• A more compassionate inner voice supported by meaningful spiritual practices
• A clear felt sense of what “regulated” actually feels like
• A realistic plan for weaving these practices into everyday life
• Supportive connections with women who understand the journey
