Lots of quick, easy tips to follow to keep your body moving and injury free! We house the only AlterG Anti-Gravity treadmill in BC! Feel better. Move better.

Welcome to Concept, where we offer you physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture and dry needling, and clinical Pilates. We are a locally owned small business that has been changing the way people rehab for more than 20 years in the Okanagan with locations in Vernon and Lumby, BC. You can access our 1 on 1 treatments in person sessions as well as via virtual/video visits. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies and offer treatments for private payers, MSP, ICBC, WorkSafe BC (WCB), and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). Physiotherapists are health science professionals who have an advanced understanding of anatomy and pathology. We are university-educated and undertake extensive training. We are qualified to diagnose and treat any mobility issue, and can treat you from head to toe. Our manual therapy trained physiotherapists can help restore mobility, strength and function. Helping people is what we love to do. Be better.

The Day Has Come — We're Packing Up Our Old Location 📦

Today has been a big day—full of sorting, wrapping, packing, and moving! We’re officially in transition as we prepare to open the doors to our new clinic next week. We're exhausted, but so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you into our new space!

As we settle in and get everything organized, we’ll be taking a few days to make sure everything is just right. During this time, we won’t be able to answer calls or messages, but we promise to get back to you as soon as we’re up and running.

We’re getting close! 🛠️✨

The walls are up, the floors are in, and our new clinic is starting to feel very real! It's been amazing to watch it all come together — and we’re almost at the finish line.
