Our Habitat team has been mixing TriMag Night in warm tea or warm water to assist with sleep hygiene as bedtime approaches (1-2 hours before sleep) 💤
This lemon/lavender flavoured drink contains botanicals that support a healthy response to stress, reduce pain and help support sleep, quality, and duration!

✨We are so excited to share that Chenoa Koke is joining our Physiotherapy Team starting March 9th!

Chenoa is an Orthopaedic and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who brings curiosity, compassion, and a love of movement into every session. She completed her MSc in physiotherapy at McMaster University and has continued building her skills through extensive coursework and hand-on experience in both orthopaedic and pelvic care.

✨We are so excited to share that Jasmine Massier is joining our Physiotherapy Team starting Jan 6th!

She will be here in the clinic Tuesday/Wednesdays from 12:45pm - 7:00pm and Thursday/Fridays from 7:00am - 1:00pm.

Jasmine’s approach is holistic and collaborative, blending individualized exercise programs with hands-on manual therapy, education, and goal-setting. After completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy at UBC as part of the UBC-North cohort in Prince George, She has moved to Vernon to be part of a community that values active living and has easy access to trails, mountains, and year-round outdoor activities for her and her golden retriever, Gus!
