Ayurvedic Head Massage with Ryan Black 🌊💆✨ aka Shiroabhyanga (or “Champi” in traditional Indian households), is an ancient holistic healing practice that involves massaging the head, neck, and shoulders using warm, herb-infused oils. Rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, it is designed to balance the body’s energies (doshas), calm the nervous system, and invite a deep sense of grounding and relaxation.

This soothing treatment gently releases tension while encouraging healthy circulation to the brain. The warm oils nourish the scalp and hair, support stronger follicles, and can help ease headaches, reduce eye strain, and quiet mental chatter.
