I had amazing memory before ptsd I thought I was going insane which actually was a result of being bombarded with extreme continuous gaslighting narcissistic abuse. My brain fog & memory loss are not hormonal. This is very different. I’m post menopausal I’ve already been through menopause.
These are & a symptoms of my ptsd. not age. It’s a terrible burden knowing that you know the information yet it won’t surface & your brain can’t organize it
My eyes roll often while thinking due to stopping trying to find process the information in my mind & then finally be able to verbalize. This is exhausting, it’s actual work, so when someone has taken the time to produce content, share, educate, it’s often therapy for them. A part of their healing which they’re open enough to let you be a part of.
I’m grateful for those who are sharing their abuse survival journey, their recovery & healing.

Kuraq Aqulac ( Elder chewer of Sacred Coca Leaves) the keeper of a Lineage that spans back, far back before the Conquest of Tahuantinsuyo.

I owed it to this Sacred Lineage the woman I have become, the Medicine I carry and earn a living with. My awareness of Ancestral knowledge, my ability to See and track, my connection and teachings on Womb Wisdom it All was been passed on to me with Permission by the Q’ero Shamanic Tradition.

When I first came to met with them through a series of synchronistic events, I was absolutely broken and fragmented, then trying to fit into the Western Psychology field only fragmented and disempowered me further because the mental health field in America is becoming an instrument to perpetuate a system based on patriarchy and white supremacy that relies heavily on the Pharma industry for mental health and for Capitalistic gain.
This has been corroborated to me by many of my clients who are Psychologists, PhD’s, Psychiatrists, Researchers in the field.
They have shared that they are being shadowed to actually do their work, dimmed in their brilliance and prevented, even sensor by those above them to be in positions of power where they could actually effect real social change, more so if they are WOC.
