On November 17th, we're moving to a new home in the Apex Building near Uptown - and we’re stoked!

Here’s what this means for you:

Liam is officially joining us as a Physiotherapist at Recharge Physiotherapy!

Liam holds an MSc in Physiotherapy, a BSc in Exercise Science, and is a certified CSEP-CPT. With a background as an NCAA Division 1 Track & Field athlete, he brings a unique blend of performance training and evidence-based rehab to every session.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, working toward personal goals, or simply looking to stay active and healthy, Liam is here to help you reach your best.

We’re so excited to welcome Liam to the team as a physio, so be sure to say hello at your next visit! 👋
