It's a great day to tend the blue flowered garden of your nervous system 💙

To me a supported nervous system means I can show up more consistently in my web of relationships; to nurture & be nurtured by them. It means I can sustain these small daily efforts in this great big struggle we are all entangled in. It means I can turn my attention toward & appreciate: the pathway, the process, the presence of plants all around me

These plants in particular have helped me to stay curious, resist despair, cry when i need to, temper my rage, embrace discomfort, experience awe, befriend silence, relax into earth, practice loving, tend to my wounds & the wounds of others, let dance take over communication, honour my exhaustion, imagine different futures, restore nuance, listen more deeply, anchor my body in time's eternal forest, remind me I am capable of doing hard things & look see how my capacity is growing...

local hosui pear, org lime, org lemon, local strawberries, local red onion, local garlic, local tulsi, local cayenne, diaspora co. black pepper, local sage, local thyme, local epazote, local bay leaf, local shisito pepper, local goji berries, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, + local honey

plus a pinch of crushed island flake sea salt to make the flavours pop + so i can say "it's got electrolytes"
