First up was a new version of our house formulated throat spray with fresh 1:2 Echinacea root tincture from , fresh 1:2 Plantain + (a very small amount of) Cedar tinctures from , island-grown Elderberry glycerite from , + Rowan tree flower essence from 🌸🌿

Thanks to our local medicine farmers + makers this blend is now more potent and delicious than ever before ✨
