A - Asymmetry: one half of mole doesn’t match the other half
B - Border: Mole borders look blurred or ragged
C - Color: Uneven coloring with different shades
D - Diameter: usually melanomas are greater than 4mm
E - Evolving: Changing size, shape, or color

👣Involuted nails:
- Nails that are excessively curved
- Puts pressure on the sides of the toe
- Can lead to ingrown toenails if not addressed
- Foot care professionals can remove the edges of these nails to reduce pressure
- Regular maintenance every 6-8 weeks will keep these feet happy and pain-free👌!

👣Subungual hematomas are caused by injury to the nail bed. In these cases, bleeding develops under the nail. This lovely client tried very hard to cut his nails for a long time but had great difficulty, often causing damage and bleeding.
✨So happy to have been able to clean up his nails and now the healing can begin.
