Tension and stress is such a big problem these days. Often presenting as a physical issue in painful muscles, it is useful to use a gentle, hands-on therapy, like EMMETT, to relax those muscles and to allow you to reduce the amount of tension.
Mind and body are connected and often relaxing the body will assist with relaxing the mind.
