Message to self and anyone else that may need the message
Move your body!
I'll be honest, I have been out of my routine of going to the gym and my yoga and stretching practices and my body is so sore!
Just going through the motions today, getting on my mat, yes in jeans!! Don't let your clothes stop you. The practice doesn't need to be perfect or look a certain way, put on music that moves you! I couldn't find the song I was actually listening to but it definitely wasn't one that you'd find in a yoga class 😆 . Again throw perfection out the window Shantelle! (And anyone else that might need to hear it)
Happy I rolled out the mat today and moved off my living room carpet.

I'm happy to announce I'm starting to offer a full body relaxation massage!
I took a beautifully immersive massage course with not long ago and not only did this course meet me exactly where I was at, it met all my expectations and I walked away with so much knowledge that I've already started to apply to my reflexology practice!
I'm excited to offer this new body work session to my existing practice and see how things keep evolving.
I'll be offering a special rate of $90 until January, so please come in and feel the benefits for yourself! Please note that this cannot be claimed on extended health benefit plans.

This is turning out to be my busiest summer doing reflexology yet! Much gratitude for all my clients so far 🙏
I've added a few more time slots to hopefully help accommodate a few more people through the summer.
I will be away for the second week of August
My September schedule will open up soon but if you want to see me before the summer ends please book something for yourself in advance and definitely get on my waitlist as last minute cancellations do happen!

It's National Reflexology Day!
Since March 2022 I've been an RCRT (registered Canadian reflexology therapist)

I've committed to growing over the years to offer facial, foot, and hot stone reflexology and will continue that committed in the years ahead.
I'm so grateful for the clients I've had the privilege to work with and be a part of their wellness journeys 🙏❤️

Thank you Lisa for letting me know about the fifth memorial walk in honour of Andre Courtemanche

" Andre's family has created the Andre Courtemanche Green Ribbon Scholarship – a $1,000 grant for students who have experienced mental health issues in their first or second year of college or university. The money raised at this year’s memorial walk will go towards supporting mental health causes, including the scholarship program"

I'm truly amazed with the parents of Andre (Denise and Glenn) who have put this walk together to help break the stigma around mental health

I learned more about some great organizations that were there in support of this event:
