I'm back on the Westcoast! Happy to be home and climatizing myself back ☺️ my schedule is fully booked 🙏 I'm so grateful to come back to my clients and can't wait to get back to holding space for you all 💓

Let's chat about my schedule!! 😅Some of you may have noticed or I've been able to chat with you in person that starting at the end of April I will be going back to school, which means I'll only be working Monday's!

I will be taking the Bodywork therapy program through the Vancouver school of healing Arts (VSOHA), from April to December.
I'm so excited for this program, to be able to add different modality options to my existing Reflexology practice. This program literally checks all the boxes for me, and I'm so grateful to have found it 🙏🙏
I will learn more about various massage skills, Indian head massage, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and more. It's been a long planning process for me to be able to make this work and a big decision to have to reduce my schedule significantly in order to pursue this program.
Thank you in advance for supporting this new endeavor and I'm excited to see what my future practice evolves into and my ability to serve this beautiful community even better.

Gentle wishes for when you come for a therapeutic session with me

Let me help guide your body to its intuitive knowing,
I may not be able to “fix” all your problems, issues, I can't treat for specific conditions but I honor what is present for you today,

Speak your goals, intentions into the space and let me hold them dearly as you walk along your path that has led you to this room. I hold these truths and gently offer shifts to your body.
Allow yourself to lean into the felt experience, and allow your inner wisdom to present itself to you, it's been there all along, just simply clouded or veiled from your eyes. See if a layer or layers shed away and see what's there for you. You already have the answers you seek, it's so easy for us to dismiss or even belittle the messages that arise in us, but you have the power to change that.

Listen to your body, what is it telling you right now. Maybe to simply close your eyes, put down the phone, stretch your neck, eat an apple, drink some water, journal that thought. All of these and more are your intuitive knowing, intuitive wisdom. Listen to it with all your attention.

Message to self and anyone else that may need the message
Move your body!
I'll be honest, I have been out of my routine of going to the gym and my yoga and stretching practices and my body is so sore!
Just going through the motions today, getting on my mat, yes in jeans!! Don't let your clothes stop you. The practice doesn't need to be perfect or look a certain way, put on music that moves you! I couldn't find the song I was actually listening to but it definitely wasn't one that you'd find in a yoga class 😆 . Again throw perfection out the window Shantelle! (And anyone else that might need to hear it)
Happy I rolled out the mat today and moved off my living room carpet.

I'm happy to announce I'm starting to offer a full body relaxation massage!
I took a beautifully immersive massage course with not long ago and not only did this course meet me exactly where I was at, it met all my expectations and I walked away with so much knowledge that I've already started to apply to my reflexology practice!
I'm excited to offer this new body work session to my existing practice and see how things keep evolving.
I'll be offering a special rate of $90 until January, so please come in and feel the benefits for yourself! Please note that this cannot be claimed on extended health benefit plans.
