If you’ve been waiting for the right space to help your practice settle in and grow, this might be that friendly little green light. We have one treatment room available for full-time rental, ready for immediate occupancy.
This is a fully independent room rental agreement—you’ll run your own business, schedule, and client care. At the same time, anyone joining our space becomes part of the calm, welcoming atmosphere our clients cherish. We are seeking someone who naturally appreciates that environment and contributes to it with kindness and professionalism.

• $1650 + GST per month
• Unlimited access, 24/7
• Furnished or unfurnished
• Independent practice, with a shared commitment to a peaceful, respectful clinic vibe.
Who You Are;
You are an experienced RMT and feel comfortable working independently and have an entrepreneurial drive. You bring a gentle, steady energy to your sessions and shared spaces. You’re happy to help with light clinic upkeep, the same way housemates tend to a shared living room. Practitioners in acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and other complementary fields tend to fit beautifully here.
