Taking a relational, somatic, and evidence-informed approach that honours each person’s unique strengths and inner wisdom, Carmen offers counselling to individual adults and new parents through telehealth and in-person counselling.

Carmen is also currently completing her Pediatric Sleep and Development Specialist Certification. “I'm passionate about supporting families with infant sleep and development through responsive, emotionally attuned, and evidence-based care, helping to foster lifelong mental and emotional wellbeing in little ones and their caregivers.” ~ Carmen (MC, RCC).

Drawing from evidence-based modalities including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Somatic Therapy, Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Parts Work Therapy, Carmen works collaboratively with her clients to help them find new ways to reconnect and come home to themselves.
