Kristina is one of our Registered Clinical Counsellors at The Vitality Clinic. Originally from Germany, she moved to Canada as she felt more alignment with the culture and the sense of openness here.

She offers counselling for Youth (12+), 2SLGBTQI+ folks, women, and people who feel called to work on anxiety, anger management, attachment wounds, depression, life transitions, mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation, relationships problems, self-esteem/self-worth issues, and stress management.

Kristina’s approach is “collaborative, non-judgmental, and rooted in the belief that you already have the capacity to heal — you just need the right support to access it.” ~Kristina (RCC, MC).

Jenn offers mindset coaching, deep tissue therapy, nutritional guidance, high vibrational nutraceuticals and CellSonic Regeneration to help you to understand your body and feel confident in supporting your own health.

Taking a relational, somatic, and evidence-informed approach that honours each person’s unique strengths and inner wisdom, Carmen offers counselling to individual adults and new parents through telehealth and in-person counselling.
