🥳Today marks 9 years since Lab Health Physio first opened its doors with a simple mission: to help our community reconnect with the activities they love. From our home in the Esquimalt and James Bay communities, it’s been nearly a decade of movement, recovery, and resilience.

We are so grateful to you, our patients, for letting us be part of your wellness journey. Whether we’re working together in the pool or prepping you for your next run, you inspire everything we do.

Here’s to many more years of staying active together! 🥳

Meet the Owners

Mark and Beth are friends who decided to team up to build a different Physiotherapy Clinic that provides a healthy, fun and collaborative work environment for its team, while providing exceptional rehabilitation care.

The Lab Health Team all met under the roof of the Esquimalt Rec Centre 4 years ago now they get to work along side each other everyday. Our new space allows us to collaborate with each other while we use the pool, fitness centre and clinic private rooms to provide a healthcare approach that is multi-faceted.

We are so lucky to get to work with a hand selected team of registered Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Acupuncturist, certified Athletic Therapist and Physical Therapists.

We run a unique reception model that allows our receptionist to work from home. So you will find an iPad kiosk to greet you and help you book in for your appointment. But you can always talk to her by calling 250 386 7254.
