We brew our kombucha with organic Oolong and Sencha tea from Cowichan Valley's TeaFarm. We use all organic ingredients to create unique flavour combinations, supporting local growers whenever possible. Enerchi Kombucha comes in:
Lemon-Ginger, Black Currant, Turmeric-Lime-Black Pepper, Holy Basil-Rose, Blackberry Apple, Honey Rooibos and Elderflower. Pick up a bottle (or fill up your own 12 oz, 16 oz or 1 L container) at many Victoria locations:

Scoby leather in the making. Still marvel at how tough scobys are, and how easily they grow... Tons of potential here i think for using them in the packaging industry some how, and who knows maybe in clothing. I am not sure what I will make with these, but i'll let you know if it turns out cool.
