FAQ Friday!

What if I miss a Class?

Folks will miss classes for a variety of reasons. Unfortunately, we do not have our classes running at the same sessions each week, so we do not offer make up classes. We can send you make up information to catch up, and your instructor can answer any questions you have 5 minutes before class begins.

If one of the participants must miss a class, we highly encourage the other participant to still come to class. That way, the information presented will be more potent.

Do I have to register separately for a couple?

No! Registration for our classes are for 2 people - 1 pregnant person, and 1 support person. Every pregnant person can bring 1 support person to their classes, whether that be a partner, friend, sister, mom, or whoever you will be having support you at your birth.
