Meet Lucy Z, one of the talented hands behind your favourite moments of relaxation at The Parkside Spa.

Originally from Courtenay, BC, Lucy joined our team in August 2025 and specializes in massage therapy - with cupping treatments coming soon. Her approach is grounded in movement, balance, and helping the body feel its best.

When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find Lucy outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, or practicing yoga. She’s also a certified animal care aide and a devoted lover of all four-legged friends.

Her favourite things about Victoria? The energy of the city, the incredible food scene, and a sunset water taxi ride when you want to experience a true local gem.
