Seasonal allergies are commonly triggered by pollen from trees, grasses, and weeds. Symptoms may include sneezing, congestion, a runny or itchy nose, and watery eyes.

Limiting exposure can reduce flare-ups. Keep windows closed on high-pollen days, change clothes after being outdoors, and consider saline rinses to clear nasal passages.
