The founder and practitioner of the clinic, Dr. Masanobu Kikukawa, is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 15 years. He is a licensed, Registerd Acupuncturist in British Columbia and a member of Acupuncture Association of British Columbia. Dr. Kikukawa started studying traditional Chinese medicine over 20 years ago, and received his TCMD (Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine) from College of International Traditional Chinese Medicine in Victoria, British Columbia . Recently relocated his practice to Victoria from Surrey, he has treated wide range of muscle injuries and illnesses in the past 15 years in business. In addition to acupuncture, he also specializes in treating muscular injury, Japanese Shiatsu massage, and Chinese herbal medicine formulas. Fluent in English and Japanese, Dr. Kikukawa is also a 9th Dan in Shorin-ryu Karate, and a Chairman of Okinawa Shorin-ryu Karate Shinkokai with a Dojo in Surrey and Victoria. Dr. Kikukawa and his family have been proud residents in the Vancouver Island community for over 20 years.
