✨Introducing Keja Lake, RMT🌱
Keja is starting at Acacia Health on February 3rd, 2022!
Keja was drawn to the study of Massage Therapy after her life-long enthusiasm for playing team sports provided her with enough aches and injuries to know first-hand the positive impact of various forms of bodywork and complementary therapies. In 2006 she graduated from Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto ON and became a Registered Massage Therapist.
🧠✨ Some Highlights from Keja’s Post-graduate studies are:
- CranioSacral Therapy with Upledger (3 levels) and Robert Harris (advanced)
- NISA techniques (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment)
- TMJ (jaw joint) Dysfunction (for relief from jaw pain and headaches)
Keja believes that Massage Therapy can be a great tool to help re-set the balance and achieve a deeper awareness of your body and its needs. Whether you have a physically challenging or sedentary job, are a weekend warrior or training for a big race, are in need of relaxation, stress relief, injury recovery, ease from pregnancy-related postural changes or have any other reason for seeking Massage Therapy, Keja will meet you where you are today and work with you to achieve your wellness and treatment goals. ✨💕
When she’s not working you’ll find Keja outdoors hiking, biking and paddleboarding with her family or in the pottery studio using her hard-working hands to shape clay into interesting, and sometimes beautiful things.’
