Divine Song Yoga

Divine Song Yoga I practice and teach Classical Asthanga and Hatha yoga, integrating all aspects of body, mind and spirit. Listen to your body and connect with your Divine Self.

We build poses from the foundations of breath awareness, mindfulness, and postural alignment. I have been practicing yoga for the last 17 years. I started in university as a way of dealing with school related stress and anxiety. Over the years, my yoga practice has been my cornerstone, my anchor to the present moment. Over the years, my practice has imbued every aspect of my life with joy, compassion, love and understanding. And I love to share the many gifts and blessings that yoga has to offer! I have been teaching yoga for nearly 7 years. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga in August 2011 and a 500 hour certification at the Mount Madonna Centre in 2014. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200; RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance.

Hello friends!
I hope that everyone is well and enjoying the beginning of spring - a season of rejuvenation, revitalization, and rebirth.

I am offering another session of Online Yoga for Sleep on Monday evenings (7 to 8:30 pm PT) from April 12 to May 17 (6 weeks).

These classes are a wonderful way to prepare body and mind for sleep - a perfect antidote for these Covid times.

You can pre-register for the whole session or attend on a drop-in basis.

Classes are recorded and the link to the recording is sent to you after the class. The recordings can be accessed for a week - so you can practice as many times as you like.

Investment:
Pre-register for the whole session: $75.60 ($12 plus GST per class)
Drop-in: $15.75 (includes GST)
To confirm your spot, send payment via e-transfer to divinesongyoga@gmail.com

I do not want finances to be a barrier to practice. If this is the case, please get in touch with me and we can work something out.
