Jen is a Voice Coach, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Channel. She offers Channeled Message Sessions - Soul-led guidance and healing words and tones delivered with compassion and integrity.

Jen combines her unique cross-modality expertise to create a unique and comprehensive experience for her clients. Whether you've booked a channeled message session, a sound healing/reiki session, or a series of healing/energetic support coaching, clients leave transformed, inspired, and excited by what their soul has for them.

Jen has a Master's degree in Voice Performance, is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Magnetic Money® Coach and a Sensei/4th Dan Black Belt in Wado Karate. All of theseareas of study inform her work as a sound healer and intuitive channel.

Supporting people in developing their own intuitive skills is a cornerstone of her work and travels hand-in-hand with each client's natural energetic cycle. Clients have reported profound shifts in feeling more confident, increased well-being and senses of peace during and after working with Jen.

Welcome Bonnie Jagpal to our April 25th Soul & Sage Wellness Fair!

Owner and founder of Inner Shanti Healing. I was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia. Bonnie's journey into the world of energy healing was unexpected to say the least. She battled chronic gastrointestinal issues for the most of her life and in 2015 was diagnosed with Crohn's and Celiac disease. She was given steroid medications to manage her symptoms, but the side effects were very hard on her body. This inspired Bonnie to explore different options.

With the help of her personal energy healer, she took the plunge back into school to study anatomy and further honed her skills by studying a couple different modalities of energy healing and became a therapeutic touch healing and an emotion code practitioner. Using her intuitive gifts, and knowledge Bonnie focuses on the energy healing of the body, mind and spirit to achieve Inner Shanti (peace).

Lisa is a practitioner and teacher of Eden Energy Medicine and Somatic Movement Education and a Reiki Master. She is deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with their body’s natural wisdom and the innate healing intelligence that lives within each of us.

Her work supports the body’s energy systems, the nervous system, and patterns of muscular tension. Through gentle energy techniques and mindful somatic movement, she helps the body release long-held tension, soothe stress responses, and rediscover a sense of ease and harmony. My answer is "Yes, they do!"

Animals communicate with us constantly—through energy, emotion, images, and intuition. Animal communication is the gentle art of tuning in to this subtle language understand what our animal companions are thinking, feeling, and experiencing.
Our pets and other animals in our lives have so much they want to share with you. They can let you know how they are feeling, the state of their health and why they chose to be your 4 legged companion.

Animals have voices, feelings, wisdom, and stories to share. As an intuitive animal communicator, I can help bridge the gap between you and your beloved companions, creating deeper understanding, healing, and connection. I connect heart-to-heart and soul-to-soul with animals, receiving messages, emotions, images, and insights they wish to share with their human companions.
