Jazzercise focus…
February is known for its brisk and bright wintery weather, groundhogs, Winter Games, Candlelight concerts, Winterlude, Superbowl…and for adding an extra day to our calendars every four years…

But at Jazzercise this month we focus a little more closely on promoting heart-healthy habits - with Jazzercise at the top of the to-do list.

Though every month is heart month, February in particular is where we look to movement that motivates and movement that matters.
The kind of movement that lifts our energy, builds our strength and endurance, and keeps us coming back for more.

At Jazzercise we have all of that.
We intentionally dedicate each hour to our good health - as well as to fun and self-expression…with a dash of get-away-from-it-all sprinkled in.
