Daylight Saving Time means the clocks move forward one hour. It is a small change for the clock, but your body’s internal rhythm may notice the shift.
One simple way to help your body adjust is to get a little morning sunlight and keep your sleep routine consistent. Natural light helps signal to your body when it is time to wake up and reset your internal clock.
The reward is brighter evenings and longer days ahead as we move closer to spring. 🌞
This will also be the last time change ever for BC. Canada has made Daylight Saving Time permanent, with a new time zone called Pacific Time (PT).
Have you changed your clocks yet? 💚
