It’s almost the end of the year and that means extend health will renew in January for many people. If you still have some left make an appointment for that sore body, tiredness or just some general stress relief and a nap. First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.

Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.

We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.

The new public health orders announced by Dr Henry today do not change acupuncture and cupping appointments. We are able to continue with treatment. Mask wearing indoors is mandatory and you will need to wear a mask upon entering the building. As always, my office and treatment supplies are cleaned between each appointment.
Please remember if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have travelled or have been asked to self isolate for any reason please call before coming to your appointment.
