Today I encourage you to enjoy the simple things throughout your day 🌹

When you eat, savour every bite,
When you go outside, enjoy the scents and sounds of nature,
When you bathe, focus on gently cleansing the whole body,
When you breathe, take in a little bit more air and expand your lungs and exhale fully,
When you go about your day, take an extra minute or two to do your tasks with purpose.
Enjoy every moment, this is your life and how you walk it is up to you but why not enjoy every second of it 🙏
