Want to climb stronger and longer? 🧗‍♂️ Here’s how to build grip strength that actually lasts.

Start with dead hangs to build a solid base and improve forearm endurance. Mix up your grip types, like open-hand, pinch, and crimp, to train your hands from every angle.

Use fingerboards with control, not ego. Short, consistent sessions do more than one heavy burnout. And don’t forget your forearms and wrists with rice bucket drills, towel hangs, or light curls for balance and stability.

Most importantly, recover well. Stretch, rest, and train your opposing muscles so your grip stays strong, not strained.
