Often placed at the heart, lifted overhead it becomes a symbolic reaching - an acknowledgement of something greater than ourselves.

As the trees shift and release, this mudra invites us to do the same:
to surrender what is ready to fall away,
to bow to what we’re becoming,
and to lift our intentions with openness and trust.
