Parent Strong is a 6-week strength training series for parents of all stages. Each 45-minute class blends play, accessibility, and purpose as we return to foundational movements — squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, carrying, and rotating — through the lens of parent life. Build resilience, ease daily aches, and reclaim your strength with curiosity, not pressure.

Our 25-hour Functional Mobility Teacher Training returns January 23–25, 2026 at Third Space, led by Katie Thacker and Brandon Sherbrook.

Across three immersive days, you’ll deepen your understanding of the nervous system, explore how mobility, flexibility, and strength intersect, and learn how the body processes stress and trauma through movement. You’ll develop sharper observational skills, refine your cueing, and build confidence in supporting clients at every level.

This training includes our full Functional Mobility Sequence, breathwork applications, joint-by-joint function, and hands-on practice teaching so you leave with tools you can apply immediately in classes, small-group training, or one-on-one sessions.

Early-bird pricing is on until December 1, and space is limited to 15 trainees.
