Join Katie and Brandon for Acro date night on February 14th!

Unsure of what to do for Valentine’s Day? Bring your partner, friend, or family member for a fun interactive workshop that will include partner stretching, accessible acro yoga postures, and Thai massage techniques!

Acro date night is a chance for you to connect with your partner on a physical and emotional level. Expect to laugh a lot, gain new communication skills, strength connection and more!

By popular demand this year we will be offering two time slots:
