In this workshop series, we’ll break down key poses, explore common injuries, and teach you how to move in a way that works for your body. You’ll learn targeted strength exercises to improve control, prevent injury, and help you feel strong and unstoppable — both on and off the mat.

You’ll walk away with a personalized take-home program to continue building strength and ease in your practice and everyday life.

When: Mondays 6:00-7:00pm, October 27th - December 1st
