We’re very honoured to be sharing a new 6 week series by .luminant.soul designed to help you understand your energy, strengthen your intuition, and reconnect with your inner guidance.

💫 Over six weeks, you’ll learn how to:
• Work with your energy instead of feeling overwhelmed by it
• Recognize how your intuition uniquely communicates with you
• Connect with your spirit guides in a safe and confident way
• Understand the deeper meaning behind life experiences and patterns
• Navigate emotional triggers and growth with clarity

Welcome to our new 6 week series ✨ Yoga For Women’s Health led by .yogacollective

We’re so excited to share this with all women, no matter what chapter or phase of life you’re in.

Each class will include a combination of physical postures, simple breath regulation techniques, and guided relaxation. Some of the practices we’ll explore include:

🧘‍♂️ Asanas to reduce stress:
Helping lower cortisol levels while promoting blood flow and strength in the lower abdominal organs and pelvic floor.

🤍 Asanas for thyroid balance:
Supporting regulation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–thyroid axis, which plays an important role in hormonal and reproductive health.

🔥 Strength building asanas:
To help maintain bone density and support the body through transitions such as menopause.

🌬️ Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing):
A gentle pranayama practice that helps balance the nervous system and harmonize energy channels in the body.

🐝 Bhramari (humming bee breath):
A calming practice that soothes the mind and supports relaxation, and may help regulate sleep cycles.

🌟 Kapalabhati (skull shining breath):
A cleansing technique that stimulates the abdominal organs, supports digestion, and promotes mental clarity.

🫶🏻 Guided relaxation:
Practices that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s “rest and restore” mode, supporting digestion, cardiovascular health, and overall balance.

Let’s embark on this journey together in sisterhood, an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the female body, its rhythms and needs, and to reconnect with a sense of balance & feminine creative power.

You’re invited to an afternoon focused on helping women slow down, reconnect, and tune inward. 🤍

The session will include a blend of breathwork, gentle yoga, meditation, and guided journaling.

The intention is to create a space where women can step away from the constant “go-go-go,” come back into their bodies, and feel grounded and supported.

This 2 hour workshop is especially for anyone feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

We’ll be using somatic practices and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system, create a sense of safety in the body, and open up space for clarity and reflection.

There will be moments to move, moments to rest, and time to reflect on what they truly need and desire, with the goal of leaving feeling more calm, clear, and connected.

will be touching on poly vagal theory to explain what happens physiologically during stress/overwhelm/burnout and educate you with tools you can use to navigate stress in your life.

I guess you could say, we see yoga as a lifestyle, and an ongoing practice of becoming, not just poses on your mat.

It’s so much deeper than that. 🧘‍♂️

When you’re on your mat, you’re practicing for the stillness, presence, compassion and connection that we hope you carry within yourself even while off your mat. Especially off your mat. That’s the whole point.
