Join us on Saturday, Dec 6th from 1:30–3:30pm for In Forgiveness an afternoon of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Reiki where we will explore the theme of forgiveness.

Together, we will slow down and explore how forgiveness takes many forms. Sometimes it is the quiet, tender forgiveness we offer ourselves. Sometimes it is the forgiveness we extend to others, even when it doesn’t come easily. In this space, we will honor both, holding ourselves and others with gentle compassion and care.

Through breathwork, meditation, and reflective practices, we’ll create space to connect with these inner experiences with compassion and curiosity.

Whether you’re an experienced breather or this is your first time, everyone is welcome. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

🌿✨ New at Muse: Spiritual Book Club starts tomorrow!

Have you ever wanted to dive deeper into the philosophies of yoga? 🧘‍♀️
Yoga has 8 limbs, and most of what we do at Muse is Asana — now let’s explore Svadhyaya, the practice of self-study and reflection, together as a community.

📚 First Gathering: Sunday, Nov 2 | 6–8:30 PM

🍴 Potluck-style: bring something to share if you feel called

📖 We’ll choose our first book together — topics can include yoga philosophy, spirituality, self-growth, mindfulness, healing, or anything that nourishes the soul

We’ll meet every six weeks or so, but attendance at all sessions isn’t required. Can’t make the first one? Email us and we’ll let you know what we’re reading!
