🌿✨ New at Muse: Spiritual Book Club starts tomorrow!

Have you ever wanted to dive deeper into the philosophies of yoga? 🧘‍♀️
Yoga has 8 limbs, and most of what we do at Muse is Asana — now let’s explore Svadhyaya, the practice of self-study and reflection, together as a community.

📚 First Gathering: Sunday, Nov 2 | 6–8:30 PM

🍴 Potluck-style: bring something to share if you feel called

📖 We’ll choose our first book together — topics can include yoga philosophy, spirituality, self-growth, mindfulness, healing, or anything that nourishes the soul

We’ll meet every six weeks or so, but attendance at all sessions isn’t required. Can’t make the first one? Email us and we’ll let you know what we’re reading!

Your fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and organs—plays a key role in mobility, posture, and overall well-being. When hydrated and healthy, fascia supports fluid, resilient movement. When tight, it can cause stiffness, tension, and imbalance.

In this nourishing workshop, you’ll explore:
🌙 Yin-style stretches to rehydrate fascia
🌊 Gentle micro-movements to stimulate fluid flow
💨 Breathwork for deep release + nervous system support
🎾 Myofascial release with massage balls
🌀 Mindful transitions to restore balance
