No overthinking. No constant restarting. Just consistent effort, week after week.

Pat was one of those people.

Every Sunday, like clockwork, his meals were prepped and ready for the week. It became part of his routine, not something he had to rely on motivation for. Even when he was away, he found a way to keep things moving.

Over time, that consistency started to show up in more than just his results.

You could see it in how he walked into a room. More confident, more energized, and just more like himself again.

Connie was the winner of our January scholarship and the success she’s had has made us so damn proud of her.

If you know her, you can’t help but love her (we know all the dogs do 🐶), so we were genuinely so honoured to be a part of her journey.

By staying consistent, putting in the work (even when it wasn’t perfect), and actually prioritizing herself, she’s seen huge shifts - physically and mentally.

Sometimes the biggest improvements don’t come from doing something extreme. They come from tightening up the basics.

A few things we see make a big difference for clients:
• tracking cooking oils
• eating protein at breakfast
• drinking more water
