Although a few weeks late, we had the privilege of celebrating our hardworking and very dedicated yoga teachers. With some there in spirit, we celebrated with a lovely sauna session and fantastic dinner. Big thank you to the teachers who come in to share their love of yoga and how that enriches all our students lives. We love you. ♥️

A huge thank you to and for a lovely afternoon and evening. You were so very gracious and did an incredible job hosting. We were very impressed.

Two quick highlights about studio happenings.

So excited to welcome back to Vic. My friends, if you haven’t practiced with him before, you’re in for a treat. If you have, you know what a beautiful weekend we have in store for you. You will leave this weekend feeling absolutely restored, revived, and re-enlightened through the amazing work of yoga.

Expect postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, philosophy, some dad jokes, and a whole lotta love.
