Most people think hundreds of crunches will carve out a six-pack—but science says otherwise.

As Dr. Mike explains, ab muscles grow just like any other: through progressive overload, resistance, and consistency—not endless high-rep crunches. Spot-reducing belly fat isn’t possible, and visible abs only appear at low body-fat levels.

Adversity never ends.
When I look at this photo and the 15 years of work, struggle, and sacrifice it took to get there, it should be a crowning achievement to be proud of.
For the most part, it is. But even here, in this moment on the podium, haters goin hate.
I had many people tell me how I got lucky and flat out tell me I did not deserve my medal. I even had a national teammate tell me I "glitched" the system and insinuated I cheated the system for my medal.
F**k that kid and f**k everyone else who coulda, woulda and shoulda done it better than me if only *insert excuse*
You should stand tall with your shoulders back and be proud of yourself at all times, because even when you win and succeed, the loudest voices will be negative
Learn to face and enjoy adversity from any and all sources cause even when you win, it never ends
