We’ll guide you through simple, powerful practices that work directly with your nervous system — using breath, sound, gentle movement, and intentional stillness — to shift you out of stress and back into regulation.
What is sympathovagal coactivation (in simple terms)?
It’s the state where your body feels calm and relaxed… but also alert, clear, and energized.
Most people live in one extreme or the other:
• Stressed, anxious, and overstimulated
or
• Exhausted, shut down, and depleted
Sympathovagal coactivation is the balance point.
Your heart rate slows.
Your breath deepens.
Your mind becomes clear.
Your body feels safe — but awake.
