KRAMPUS IS COMING
This holiday season, we’re making space for more then just cheer. This time of year focuses on beauty, but the truth is it’s also hard for many. December 2nd join us as we lean into our fears and draw from subversion to reflect on the season - for a good cause.

Better Together, Not Alone.

Nobody should have to white-knuckle their way through mental health alone.
This winter, we’re bringing together a small group of people who want to make change — not just for themselves, but for everyone still trying to figure out where to start.

Let’s Talk Access is a multi-media 16-week guided program that helps people understand how therapy works, what different approaches mean, and how to find the right fit before crisis hits.
Together, we’ll be building a public resource — a podcast and a free Access Guide — to help thousands of others do the same. And we’re doing it through community storybuildi g.

Each participant receives a $2,000 Access Fund to put toward therapy after the program ends. This is a first of its kind in Canada - we’re prototyping a new kind of community resource.

We’re looking for folks who are in a stable (ish) place, reflective, and want to help shape something that could change how people access care for years to come. No experience required, if you’re curious reach out!

Everyone talks about “getting help.”
But what no one tells you is how brutal it can be just to find the door.

Maybe you’ve waited months for a callback.
Maybe you’ve been priced out.
Maybe you’ve sat in a clinic parking lot, debating if you even belong.

Let’s Talk Access is here to name those barriers out loud — and build tools so people don’t get stuck in the same loops.

We’re starting a 12-week group this fall, alongside a public podcast and free Access Guide. It’s not free therapy. It’s literacy before therapy — choice before crisis.

Follow us here as we pull back the curtain. Share if you’ve ever hit those walls.
