We Herbalists LOVE PLANT MEDICINE🌿
Connecting people to healing plants is one of the things we do best.
I love this pic from my St John’s Wort harvest last year. Picking herbs for oil infusions, tea, tincture and salve making is one of my favourite past times.
If you’ve come into our store to talk about herbs with me, you know how I light up by these conversations.
If you have a lawn, a balcony or access to a park, you can make use of your own local herbs.
Springtime leaves us flush with an abundance of local superfood herbs. Chickweed, miners lettuce, dandelion, stinging nettle and dead nettle are just a few of my seasonal favourites.

It is uplifting, but also has sedative and calming properties.
It helps lift our spirits when we're feeling down, allows us to see the 'bright side' of things.
Reach for Bergamot when you need to feel more optimistic. Here at the Soulful Sister store, we inhale Bergamot regularly, especially if it's a day where things aren't going the way we planned and it's throwing us for a loop 😁

Begamot is such a great oil for blending. Almost all essential oils smell fabulous when combined with Bergamot. Some favourites are Lavender, Vetiver, Geranium and Frankincense.

We learned to make SOP’s (standard operating procedures) for every step of our business and regulations.
My brain is full of more wonder and knowledge about plants, herbs and this fascinating business.

Soulful Sister Aromatherapy makes Essential Oil Blends and Products for your Soulful Self. Our HQ is Langford, BC (on Vancouver Island) in the fabulous country of CANADA.

For the past 16 years we’ve been listening to what our customers want, and making aromatherapy products for pain, sleep, stress, overwhelm, calming and healing. We LOVE Essential Oils, and we love to share that love and knowledge with you, our Souflul Community.

We use only 100% Pure Essential Oils bought from distillers around the world. You won’t find chemical fragrances, dyes, synthetic ingredients, parabens or SLS in any of our products.
