• Employee Tracking: Fantastic Cleaning uses a telephone/internet based employee time
tracking system that requires staff to clock in and out of work by calling a toll free number. This
system ensures employees spend the proper amount of time maintaining their sites. If an
employee fails to show up for work, our van crews receive instant text-message alerts, resulting
in sites never being left un-cleaned.
• Quality Control: Management and quality control inspectors perform personal quality control
checks periodically at every location and without exceptions using our own digital inspection
forms. This ensures that the level of cleanliness is both up to our customers’ high standards
and our own. Once an inspection is complete, a copy of our digital inspection form is
immediately emailed to our customers, furthering communication and transparency on the
condition of our services.
