I didn’t get into this work because I thought people needed another thing to “do.” I got into it because I kept meeting people who were already doing everything… and still felt stuck in discomfort or overwhelm.

Omni Neuro Energetics (ONE) came out of listening closely to what the nervous system needs, and one of the most empowering parts is that it’s something you can easily (and quickly) learn.

It’s a complete healing technique you can master in one day (8 hours to be exact) with no equipment. People take it for themselves, for loved ones, or to bring into their wellness work.

I’ll be teaching a few classes this March, and they’re going to be slow, practical, and really grounded. If you’re curious, I’d love to have you there.

Healing happens in stages and is often guided by our habits. Are we sleeping, are we eating well, have we moved our bodies in whatever capacity we are able? Do we feel connected to others, are we pursuing growth in some area? There are many ways we can take care of ourselves and encourage physical (and emotional) healing. Our bodies respond to the way we feel in general. If you are feeling off but can't quite put your finger on why, go through a little checklist and see if there's anything missing. And when in doubt, always get acupuncture 😉

Healing involves all aspects of being. Our physical, mental, social and spiritual health are intricately connected. If one area is lacking, it may show up as dysfunction in another area. When you are feeling off, it's worth a check in to see which area needs attention. One of the reasons community acupuncture can be so powerful is we touch on the physical, social and spiritual, often putting them back in balance, or bringing to the surface things you might not have realized or acknowledged beforehand.

Hi, Jean-Paul here.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how many people are carrying stress in their bodies. Not just mentally, but deep in the nervous system, which gets expressed as chronic pain, insomnia, digestive issues etc.

It’s a big part of why I was drawn to Omni Neuro Energetics (ONE) in the first place.

So, what is ONE? It’s a gentle, hands-on healing approach that helps restore balance to the nervous system — releasing tension, relieving pain, and supporting the body’s natural healing process. No pushing. No forcing.

Just a way to help the body settle back into a more optimal state.

There is hope for a future where you are thriving and sometimes you need a little help to get there. Don't be afraid to seek out resources and support. It takes time and patience. Be compassionate to yourself, and give yourself the benefit of the doubt.
