My nervous system was trashed while it was developing.
I grew up under harsh circumstances. A lot of uncertainty, instability, dysfunction, chaos, helplessness, stress, worry, fear and pain.
I unconsciously developed unhealthy coping mechanisms and I self soothed with repression, disassociating and numbing.
Then I got pregnant when I was 19 years old, and I made a decision to grow and learn so that I can make sure my son didn't have to go through what I did.
I have been on a mission to gain the tools and techniques needed to be an awesome mom and live the most incredible life ever since.
It's been a journey, with lots of ups and downs.
Learning how to cultivate calmness into my mind has truly transformed my life and elevated it to a new level way beyond comprehension of my old unconscious self.
I have intentionally created habits that have been incorporated into my life that help me keep my nervous system more regulated.
Increasingly I feel less fear, anxiety and stress and feel more uplifting & empowering feelings. I also have a greater capacity to process uncomfortable emotions in a healthy way.
I now have more calm, patience, composure and clarity when challenges arise and want to share what has helped me the most:)
I am here to shine my light and help guide those who are wanting to naturally make longterm shifts in their lifestyle to find more inner balance, patience, strength and resiliency regardless of what is happening in the outside world.
This FREE class is designed to educate you on how to view stress management holistically, mind, body and soul, and offers simple steps to initiate more calm, resilience into your beautiful human experience.
