'Coming Home'

We will be gathering for this restful 3 night retreat at beautiful Riversong retreat centre in Shawnigan Lake.

And I am so grateful.

I am so grateful for this beautiful land and river that will be holding us.

I am so grateful to everyone who is called to this space.

I am grateful to for nourishing us with the MOST delicious food!

I am so very grateful for this force of a woman for saying yes with me. For her dedication to her work, motherhood and partnership.

So very grateful.

'Plant Medicine'

I have been deepening my relationship to plants of all kinds these last years. The beauty of working with non psychoactive plants is vast. By connecting on the deeper levels with plants, they become allies. They become supports as I navigate the challenges of this world.

It has been supportive and nourishing beyond my understanding to get to know these two plants specifically. The potency and richness of bobinsana and rose go deep into my blood and bones.

I feel so very grateful to be continuing my own journey and now creating a container to share this magic with the womb carriers that are called to deepen their relationship with plants, their bodies and feminine essence that is rising! 😍

This land and this space has been home to so many souls in search of peace, love, creativity and connection over the 54 years our family has been lucky enough to be here to hear the renewals made. Today we say fare well and offer a deep blessing to our Thriving Roots community whose voices, feet and hearts have blessed this land for many, many years. What a beautiful part we are honoured to have played in this tapestry of learning that has seen families connect, children blossom and solid connections to the earth made. We are so happy that Thriving Roots Wilderness School has found their new and permanent home, Cedar Song, where the beautiful work they do will continue sending echoes of learning down the winding path, over the waters and across the hills to this special place. And so we raise our hands to connection, change, connection. ❤️🌱❤️

Another magical year of creativity and growth at the yurt. Thank you to all the healers from the little leaves to the elders and all those in between, who have graced us with their presence and shared their wisdom so that we all can grow. May the new year bring more and more blessings to us all. ❤
