Before you assume you gained fat, let’s pause and look at the facts. Daily weight fluctuations are NORMAL! ✅

Carbs, sodium, stress, sleep, and your menstrual cycle all influence the number. Fat gain requires a sustained calorie surplus over time… not one meal, one weekend, or one day

This is exactly how I assess it with my clients:

• We don’t react to one weigh-in
• We look at weekly patterns
• We consider cycle timing
• We review consistency honestly
• We adjust only if the trend continues

One higher day does not erase your progress. Just get right back on track 😃

Instead of cutting hard, we focused on:
• a realistic calorie deficit
• flexible nutrition plan
• smart training adjustments
• recovery that supports fat loss

The result: a plan she can actually maintain on her own! Fat loss doesn’t require extremes. The best plan is the one you can stick to for a long time 💪

We started with TRX and bodyweight workouts at home, then moved to dumbbells, and now she’s in the gym training consistently and stronger than ever! 💪

Watching her evolve has been such a full-circle moment for me as a coach 🫶 thank you for trusting me. We aren’t done yet!
