11 pounds down in 5.5 weeks, and she can still go out for dinner with her friends 😉

Instead of cutting hard, we focused on:
• a realistic calorie deficit
• flexible nutrition plan
• smart training adjustments
• recovery that supports fat loss

The result: a plan she can actually maintain on her own! Fat loss doesn’t require extremes. The best plan is the one you can stick to for a long time 💪

My goal as a coach is to provide my clients with enough knowledge for them to sustain their results long term. You shouldn’t need me forever!

This review means so much to me because the amazing woman who wrote it was one of the first to ever put her trust in me 🩷 before ConquerHer was even what it is today. Swipe to see her 1 year transformation! 👉

We started with TRX and bodyweight workouts at home, then moved to dumbbells, and now she’s in the gym training consistently and stronger than ever! 💪

Watching her evolve has been such a full-circle moment for me as a coach 🫶 thank you for trusting me. We aren’t done yet!

Strawberry cheesecake yogurt bark!🍓

This little treat will satisfy your sweet cravings while keeping you on track with your goals 💃

INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups 0% Greek Yogurt
1 scoop protein powder (I use Whey ISO in Organic Vanilla Code:DES10 at )
8oz (~250g) light cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp zero calorie powdered sugar (or sweetener of preference)
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
2 tbsp chocolate chips
2 graham crackers

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix together ingredients until fluffy (I use a kitchen mixer)
2. Melt dark chocolate and spread on top. Then add strawberries and crushed graham crackers
3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
4. Freeze for 2-3 hours to set

MACROS:
Per piece (if cutting into 10)
113kcal | 8g C | 5g F | 9g P

The CURVES! 👏👏

In just 6 months, Lisa has completely reshaped her body 🤯 The shape, the muscle, the definition, it’s night and day!

This didn’t happen by accident. I can write the perfect plan, but it only works if the athlete is willing to commit. Lisa never misses a beat. Her kind of dedication is so rare, and it’s exactly why her progress looks like this 💪

This recomposition wasn’t all smooth sailing. There were moments where it felt uncomfortable and even nerve wracking at times. We pushed food up gradually, and at one point she was over 400g carbs daily! That was a really tough mental block that needed to be conquered. She trusted me fully, and I don’t take that lightly. It’s not easy to wrap your head around eating more when you’re used to chasing less! The fuel was exactly what her body needed to take shape. If want something you’ve never had, you have to do things you’ve never done 😉

We’ve got a bright future ahead, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here! 🩷🥹

Brigitte’s transformation over the last 10 weeks has been nothing short of amazing. The physical changes speak for themselves. She’s leaning out, tightening up, and building major strength in her workouts week after week 👏💪

But what makes me the happiest is when she told me she felt like herself again 🥹🩷
That message stopped me in my tracks. This is SO much bigger than just before and after photos. It’s about her walking taller, feeling good in her skin, and proving to herself that she can accomplish the things she’s set out to achieve!

Brig, you’ve earned every bit of this through your consistency, trust in the process, and willingness to keep pushing even when it feels uncomfortable (and letting me push you along the way 😉)

Watching her not only transform her body but regain her confidence has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job as a coach.

I’m so proud of you. This is just the beginning! 🩷
