After reading this article I am reminded that the key to a restful sleep is to have the mind and body in alignment. And of course yoga provides a highly viable solution for this type of imbalance. It's funny how basic information that I already know will slip away from my awareness when it is highly needed....Anyway, I think it's definitely time to reconnect to a regular asana practice and reap the COUNTLESS benefits once again!!
