Hummingbird Yoga Studio I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours of teaching. I offer private and online yoga practices to all levels of active older adults.

I’ll be heading to the UK for part of September, so I'm doing something special! I'm reducing the monthly yoga membership to $45 (regular $65)

Here’s how it will work:

🧘‍♀️Live classes (L) will happen as currently scheduled - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 to 9:30AM Pacific
🧘‍♀️For recorded sessions (R), I’ll send you a link to a previous practice the day before, so you can enjoy your yoga at a time that works best for you.

You can view the full September schedule in the attached image, with each session marked as Live (L) or Recorded (R).
