Sarada Pranav Jagannath is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, Counselling Psychologist and a Yoga Teacher. She has been greatly fortunate to have been introduced to Ayurveda at an young age by her grandfather, an Ayurvedic doctor. She brings her intrinsic knowledge passed on to her from her ancestors and her passion for Ayurveda and food led her to offer many cooking workshops in New York state and India in the past 8 years.
