Monthly fee of $60.00 drop in $20.00 This class is designed to help release tension and promote relaxation.

Anyone suffering from injury or illness can learn techniques to help deal with pain and calm the mind. Throughout the class, we explore different breathing techniques and learn postures that are restorative and healing. In addition, we make use of various yoga props such as foam blocks in order to increase the benefits of certain poses. The class finishes with a meditation. All levels are welcome. Features of this class: suitable for beginners/includes energy enhancements/includes adjustments/suitable for most injuries. ABOUT ME: I am a certified yoga instructor with over 300 hours of yoga teacher training. I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years.

Your thoughts are weaved into manifesting reality.

Rather than battling the negative thoughts that arise, just thank them for coming with a smile and then visually imagine weaving a new strand of a kinder more uplifting phrase that will help rather than hinder.

Acknowledgement without judgement is a really important step as it allows enough space to create an active thought that is more beneficial.

In these current times, there is a lot of emotional stagnation, fear and blocking of the receptors to receive access to spirit.

It's important we adapt to the vibrational changes surrounding us without losing our ability to self-nurture.

The hummingbird is known well in the realms of shamanic law. It seeks out the sweetness of life but is also very adaptable to change. It is able to fly in any direction, unlike other bird people. It is also mutable enough to feel the subtleties of life and adapts in relation to them.

May the hummingbird offer you the ability to adapt and still keep the sweetness of life a priority.
