After suffering with gut health issues for 30 years, Tracy was diagnosed with Celiac disease. She discovered that celiac disease was affecting her overall health in a myriad of ways which took her on her journey of learning more about gut health and nutrition. Tracy attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and became a Certified Health Coach. She is currently attending Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Tracyโ€™s mission became not only providing optimal health for her family, but being able to assist others to navigate their nutritional needs in order to live their best life!
