At Allies Integrated Health, our mission is to provide compassionate, inclusive, and holistic healthcare that prioritizes the needs of equity-deserving groups, with a special focus on individuals who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We are committed to creating a safer, more welcoming space by fostering diversity within our staff and practitioners, ensuring that our team reflects the community we serve and implementing extra training in diversity, equity and inclusion. We aim to provide care that is gender-affirming, along with personalized accommodations when needed, and go beyond standard training to ensure that all of our practitioners are equipped with the knowledge and sensitivity required to serve each person with respect, dignity, and empathy. Heather .dumont.acu.massage has years of experience as a wellness massage provider, offering clients restorative and relaxing hands-on support. She is also now officially a Registered Acupuncturist (woohoo!) and is bringing her gifts together in a super special offering at Allies!

Acupuncture & Bodywork Blend is a treatment offering Acupuncture, with extra space integrative bodywork including Tui Na, Cupping and Gua Sha 💆‍♀️ Offered in 75 or 90 minute sessions, for both new and returning clients.

Heather’s work is truly something special and we’re excited for you to experience it yourself!

Sarah blends Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and her passion for co-creating safer spaces in every session, meeting you exactly as you are.

As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, she loves to work with q***r and trans folks, including kids 12 and up!! 🌈

She is very passionate about supporting aromantic-spectrum and asexual-spectrum folks, and assisting folks in navigating different stages of gender-affirming transitions.
