A Practical Balance I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor through the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors with a Mast

I am a practical person, with a practical approach to counselling. I am a direct, yet gentle communicator, and my goal is to have a counselling relationship that is first and foremost collaborative, helpful and safe. I offer one-hour appointments throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. My hourly rate is $110, which follows the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors guidelines (link). I also offer an initial half-hour consultation (in person or by phone) for free. If you are a lower-income family and cost is an issue, please feel free to bring this up. I work with all age groups, and I see individuals, couples and families. I mainly focus on relationship, parenting, and separation or divorce issues.
