Mar 3 → Full Moon @ Ærth
The moon is at its peak and the room feels it. Full Moon-themed Aufguss plus sound. More details coming.

Mar 6 → Didgeridoo with Reko in the Social Sauna
7:15 PM
Reko returns with his custom-carved didgeridoo. Deep vibration, live sound, and good energy in the room. Part of your regular session if you are in the space at this time.

Mar 9 → Evening Gentle Singing with Cathy & Dick
5:30 PM / Singing 6:30-8:30 PM
Move at your own pace through sauna, cold, and rest. Cathy & Dick of Outside Voices will be in the space from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. If you are there, you are welcome to join in.

Mar 11 → Banya Night
5-7 PM
The whole space dedicated to traditional banya. Venik massage, lower sauna temperatures, and a controlled high-steam environment in an open group setting.

Mar 16 → Q***r Night
7-9 PM
A monthly gathering for connection, embodiment, and rest. Open to any members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. All bodies are welcomed, valued, and celebrated.

Mar 18 → Daytime Gentle Singing with Cathy & Dick
11 AM-1 PM
Move at your own pace through sauna, cold, and rest. Cathy & Dick of Outside Voices will be in the space from 11 AM to 1 PM. Warm-hearted, open, and entirely optional.

Q***R NIGHT FEB 23
7-9 pm

Join us for two hours of shared presence- an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel held in q***r community. Open to anyone who identifies as a member of the 2SLBTQIA+ community.

Each circle begins and ends together, with time in between to move at your own rhythm: with access to three saunas, a cold plunge tub, gentle movement and breathwork offerings, and a
dedicated low stim area. Our focus is on grounding and connection, with an invitation to arrive as you are, breathe deeply, and soften into embodiment and belonging.

All bodies are welcomed, valued, and celebrated in this space, with care and priority for the comfort and safety of two spirit, trans, non-binary, and/or gender-diverse attendees.

Swimsuit bottoms are required, tops are optional for all attendees. This is a non-sexual gathering that
promotes body neutrality/positivity/non-judgement. Please help us create an environment where everyone can feel relaxed and at ease in their bodies.

Accessibility barriers: 12 stairs to navigate the entire space with railing (step heights ranging from 4 - 6 inches), 7 steps into the cold plunge pool with railing, full accessibility from change room/washroom to the social sauna. There are private/single stall dressing rooms, and a private
wheel-chair accessible washroom.

$5 from each entry for this event will be donated to the Victoria Pride Society.

Price: $55 or register using your membership.

February’s Members Only Event is all about finding your zen, as we gather to celebrate Lunar New Year, and the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse.

Going within, embracing transformation and leaning into our zen fire energy together. As with every Members Only Event, there will be snacks and refreshments. A sound bath will be facilitated by Sachi Jess (.soulmedicine), and a custom-made sugar scrub will be available for the occasion.

🔥 Feb 17: Banya Night from 5-7 PM.

We are dedicating the whole space (all three saunas) to Banya Night! This traditional Russian steam bath features the use of the use of leafy, aromatic branches called veniks for massage.

“The banya is a huge part of Russian folklore, with songs, proverbs, aphorisms, poems and applied artworks all dedicated to it.”
