A monthly gathering for connection, embodiment and rest. Open to any members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. All bodies are welcomed, with care and priority for the comfort and safety of two spirit, trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse attendees.

The details:
Join us for two hours of shared presence: an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel held in q***r community. Open to anyone who identifies as a member of the 2SLBTQIA+ community. 

Each circle begins and ends together, with time in between to move at your own rhythm: with access to three saunas, a cold plunge tub, gentle movement and breathwork offerings, and a dedicated Low Stim Area. Our focus is on grounding and connection, with an invitation to arrive as you are, breathe deeply, and soften into embodiment and belonging.
All bodies are welcomed, valued, and celebrated in this space, with care and priority for the comfort and safety of two spirit, trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse attendees. Swimsuit bottoms are required, tops are optional for all attendees.This is a non-sexual gathering that promotes body neutrality, positivity & non-judgement. Please join us in creating an environment where everyone can feel relaxed and at ease in their bodies. 

Accessibility barriers: 12 stairs to navigate the space with railing (step heights ranging from 4 - 6 inches), 7 steps into the cold plunge pool with railing, full accessibility from change room/washroom to the social sauna. There are private/single stall dressing rooms, and a private wheel-chair accessible washroom. We’ll be open on Remembrance Day, November 11th, from 8 AM - 9 PM - offering space for warmth & presence.

We’ll resume our regular 6:30 AM opening time on Wednesday Nov 12th.

Join us for an evening of guided breathwork, brotherhood and sharpening the masculine edge – through heat and cold in a welcome space for connection and reflection.
 
Guided by guest facilitator Jeremiah Hoeft, we’ll drop in through breath and meditation before moving through the elements together. Come share the evening in three separate saunas, as we breathe, sweat and ground together. Holding space for expansion, connection and a full re-charge of mind, body and spirit.

Missing sisterhood? Join us for our first women’s night on November 5th from 6:30–8:30.

Enjoy an evening of connection, self-care, and introspection under the full moon.

This guided container includes three different sauna experiences throughout the evening, led by three amazing facilitators.

This two-hour session features a sauna sound bath, a guided meditation, and a silent sauna.

This women’s container is held with the intention of slowing down and reconnecting to center while being supported in the community.

This event is guided by the amazing Elitsa Hristova, Amy Noel, and Katrina Shinkaruk. We can’t wait to see you there.
