As of January 1st, we will be welcoming a new RMT to the Station Wellness Collective! 🤗

Meet Eileen Durant, RMT! 🙌

"Hi, I’m Eileen — a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of WCCMT Victoria.
My treatments integrate active and passive movement, muscle energy techniques (MET), PNF, myofascial techniques, and assisted stretching to help reduce muscle tension, support mobility, and encourage relaxation.

I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and lived experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, adaptable treatment environment where you can feel heard, cared for, and more comfortable in your body.

Outside the clinic, I love exploring Vancouver Island, hiking, lifting weights, and running. At home, my husband and I are supervised by our 14-year-old cat, Larry, who very confidently believes he runs the household.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your well-being and movement—wherever you’re starting from and whatever your goals may be."

Cozy furnished 107 sq ft treatment room to share at the "Station Wellness Collective" in Langford, B.C.

The "Collective" consists of a warm and caring group of patient-focused health practitioners including 3 registered massage therapists, 3 acupuncturists, and 2 counsellors.

This treatment room is currently being utilized by an RMT. It is best suited for a similar wellness practitioner/healthcare professional who is comfortable with running/building their own business, as this is a furnished treatment room rental only.

It is not a large space, so no additional furniture nor equipment could be accommodated.

Flat rate of $800 + GST per month.

AVAILABILITY FOR JANUARY 1, 2026.
• Sundays - full day
• Mondays - unavailable
• Tuesdays - 2pm-8pm
• Wednesdays - full day
• Thursdays - 2pm-8pm
• Fridays - 2pm-8pm
• Saturdays - 3 full days per month

Included:
• Unlimited access on scheduled full days
• Onsite washer/dryer access
• Pillows/linens
• Electric table
• Cleaning supplies
• Common area cleaning services (once per week)
• Internet
• Hydro
• Shared waiting area
• Shared staff kitchenette including: fridge, microwave, kettle, & Keurig coffee maker.

Not Included:
• Reception
• Advertising
• Signage/business cards
• Lotion/oil of choice
• Online booking/charting software
• POS machine
