One advantage of a pre-registered series is we create a container for growth - we're able to leverage incrimental learning and reinforcement week over week as a catalyst for change.

Another advantage is we can offer personalized guidance - we're able to witness and understand the bodies in the room, and therefore offer safe & effective adjustments to help each person achieve greater integrity in their movements.

Because growing is work - and while no one can do that work for us, it's a heckofa lot more effective (+fun ++nourishing) when there's a plan and a solid support system in place 😉

The term yoga literally represents the joining of two things: mind & body. At its root, it is the practice of connecting and maintaining alignment with the deepest core elements within your body. It's the practice of listening carefully, of getting to know and love yourself.⠀
✨⠀
My practice has evolved a ton over the years. It started out with rigorous, meticulous styles, which offered me a sense of discipline and progress at a time of chaos in my life (when is life not chaotic tho, am i right 🙄).⠀
✨⠀
The more I listened, the more I started remembering. The more my practice shifted, not just on the mat in the way I move, but into glimmers and moments of expansion and awareness in the way I stand, speak and choose to be in every moment.⠀
✨⠀
It's a wanderers path. It's not linear. But nothing born from nature or built for great things is linear.⠀
✨⠀
Remembering is a journey. I've strayed off the path and been lost more times than I can recall.⠀
✨⠀
And so the practice becomes about listening and forgiving and learning to trust again - keeping your mind and heart open so you can feel for the subtle whispers that tell you you're on the right path. ⠀

Sometimes my practice is firey and transformstive. Sometimes it's sitting in stillness, wrapped in a warm blanket. Sometimes it's rest. Always, it's to me and for me⠀⠀

Allow me to introduce myself 🙋🏼‍♀️⠀

I live and work in Victoria BC - am married to a brewer at and am a mama to an energetic two-year-old.⠀

I've been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 7. I love the fluid coreography of a sweaty vinyasa class paired with music that gives all the feels.⠀

I teach because I believe movement in all forms is inherently healing and this practice brings me joy that I feel inspired to share. ⠀

I am trained in alignment-based yoga and aim to offer classes that build stregth and confidence and bring you back home to your body. ⠀

You can expect me to show up authentically, share what I know and hold space for you to be exactly as you are. ✨

Somewhere within all of us exists a supreme self who is eternally at peace. Yoga is one powerful way we journey back to this self. The physical practice of asana is much more than stretching, or in some cases a good workout. Each poster is a vehicle to turn inward and reconnect body with soul. A moving meditation, a graceful dance on the road to peace.
